There is a boat dock with a floating dock, fish cleaning table and two lifts; one for two (2) jet skis and the other for a 12,000 lb boat. This home has everything you desire to enjoy a perfect vacation, including a chef?s kitchen and two (2) parking spaces at our office for beach visits during the busy summer season. Please be sure to check the amenities for a list of standard equipment including the bed sizes and number of people that the house sleeps. Enjoy! This is strictly a ***NON SMOKING*** home & allows up to ""strictly 2 dogs only"" no more than two dogs.WE DO NOT ALLOW CATS; BIRDS; ETC ONLY DOGS. If using the boat lift or jet ski lift there will be a $600 refundable security deposit when key fob to boat lift or jet ski lift is returned. Nightly rentals require a departure maid service.
